Be the business everyone finds first. Without lifting a finger.

BrandTap puts a branded card on your counter. One tap takes customers to your page — reviews, bookings, menu, your whole Mini Site. When a review lands, Genie drafts your reply.

More than a review card

A review card does one job. BrandTap works the whole shift.

The typical NFC card points customers at your Google review form — and plenty of them do that one job just fine. But the same tap can also book the next appointment, take an order, answer the parking question, draft your replies, and show you what’s working. That’s the product we built.

Every review answered. Even the hard ones.

Replying to reviews is one of the strongest signals Google uses to rank local businesses. It’s also the first job owners drop when things get busy. Genie does the writing for you.

  • It learns your business first. Genie reads your business profile — your services, your story, your tone — and writes replies you’d actually send.
  • Three drafts, three tones. Professional, friendly, or casual. Pick one, edit if you like, copy, post. About ten seconds per review.
  • Calm under fire. A measured, empathetic answer to a 2-star review shows every future customer how you handle problems. Genie gets that tone right.

Your dashboard

Run it all from the phone in your pocket

No head-office software. The BrandTap dashboard is built for the way owners actually work: thirty seconds between customers, standing up.

  • At a glance. Page views, button taps, and review taps for the week — the three numbers that tell you it’s working.
  • Deeper when you want it. Review conversion funnel, per-button performance, device split, top countries, return-visitor rate — by plan.
  • Edit anything, anywhere. Change a button, update your hours, upload a new logo. It’s live before the next customer taps.

The five questions that ring your phone, answered on the page

Are you open? What does it cost? Where do I park? Your Mini Site sits right under your review buttons — on the page customers already tap — so the answers actually get seen.

  • Hours with a live open/closed badge, plus holiday hours when you need them.
  • Services and pricing, FAQs, directions, policies — and a promo banner for this week’s offer.
  • Edited from your phone. Change your hours from the checkout line; it’s live before the next tap. For many shops, this replaces the website entirely.

“Best coffee in town! The team remembered my name on the second visit. Brewlands Coffee just earned a regular customer.” “Waited 20 minutes in a near-empty shop and the latte came out lukewarm. Not the experience I expected from Brewlands Coffee.” “Joe is the best in the city. Joe’s Barber is now my go-to for that perfect cut and a quick chat.” “Walked in for a trim, walked out with the wrong cut. Nobody should pay full price for a haircut they have to fix at home.” “Trusted Highland Auto with my truck for five years. Honest pricing, no upsells, work done right every time.” “Quoted me one price, charged me another at pickup. Not what I expected after years as a regular at Highland Auto.” “Dr. Chen and the Bayview Dental team are exceptional. First dental visit in years where I wasn’t anxious.” “Long wait past my appointment time. Didn’t feel my questions about treatment were taken seriously during the exam.”

Hi Sarah,

Thank you so much for the kind words! Remembering names is what we love most about running a small place — it’s how a coffee turns into a community. We’re so sorry your visit didn’t meet our standards — that’s not the experience anyone should have. Please reach out directly so we can make this right with you. Thank you for the kind words — Joe will be thrilled. We take real pride in giving every visit that personal touch, so seeing it land with you means a lot. I’m truly sorry your cut didn’t turn out the way you wanted — that’s on us. Please come back so we can fix it on the house and make it right. Thank you for the trust over the years — that’s exactly the kind of relationship we set out to build. Honest work, fair price, every single time. That’s not how we do business and we want to make this right. Please call the shop and ask for the manager — we’ll review the invoice with you line by line. Thank you for the kind words — putting nervous patients at ease is something we work hard at. We’re so glad you felt heard and informed throughout your visit. We sincerely apologize for the wait and for not making you feel heard during the exam. That’s not the standard of care we set. Please call our office so we can address this directly.

We can’t wait to see you again soon. We’d love the chance to make this right.

Multi-location & franchise

One brand, every location, one bill

Restaurant groups, clinics, franchises: every location gets its own page, cards, and reviews, while head office sees everything rolled up in one dashboard.

A page per location

Each location gets its own landing page, review link, Mini Site, and hours — with the brand look locked in from the top.

Roll-up analytics

Compare locations side by side: taps, clicks, reviews, busiest days. Spot the branch that’s winning and the one that needs help.

Central billing

Head office holds the plan and the bill. Add a location in minutes; managers run their own page without touching the subscription.

Compliant everywhere

The same review-platform safeguards apply to every branch automatically. No location can go rogue and put the brand at risk.

Why compliance matters

The review rules changed in April 2026. Most NFC cards didn’t.

Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Apple Maps all have rules about how businesses can ask for reviews — and those rules tightened in April 2026.

Most NFC review products were built before the change. They redirect customers straight into the review form: exactly the pattern the new policies push back on, and the kind of thing that gets profiles flagged.

BrandTap routes every tap through your branded page first. The customer chooses to leave a review. No auto-redirect, no kiosk pattern, no pressure. Your profile stays clean.

We didn’t build this for last year’s rules.

Branded page first, always

No auto-redirect to review forms. No on-premises kiosk pattern. The customer always sees your business first.

Customer-initiated, every time

The customer taps the review button themselves. No scripted redirect, no nudges the platforms don’t allow.

Safeguards you can’t switch off

The platform won’t let you configure a flow that puts your profile at risk. Compliance is structural, not a checkbox.

Your reviews are yours. They live on Google, Yelp, and the platforms. Cancel and you keep every one you’ve earned.
No lock-in. Month to month, cancel anytime, no contract.
Compliant by design. We’d rather grow your reviews slowly and safely than fast and against the rules.
Real humans in Ontario. Email support from a small team that knows your setup. No chatbots, no runaround.

How billing works. Subscription only, monthly or annual — annual is 10× the monthly rate, billed once a year (2 months free). NFC cards and signs are purchased separately at signup; some plans include starter hardware (see plan details). Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Hardware is non-refundable.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are refunds available?
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. NFC hardware, signs, and any one-time purchases are also non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected].
What happens to my reviews if I cancel?
Your Google, Yelp, and other platform reviews stay on those platforms — they belong to the platform, not to BrandTap. If you cancel, your BrandTap landing page comes down at the end of your billing period and your NFC cards stop routing traffic. The reviews you’ve already earned aren’t going anywhere.
Why does BrandTap comply with review platform rules when other cards don’t?
Most NFC card products were designed before the April 2026 policy updates. They auto-redirect customers to the review form, which is exactly the pattern review platforms have started pushing back on. BrandTap routes every tap through your branded landing page first, where the customer chooses to leave a review. That structural difference is the entire compliance story.
Do I own the NFC hardware?
BrandTap retains ownership of all NFC hardware. The fee you pay is for a licence to use the hardware as part of your subscription, not a purchase price. Pro-plan tenants who’ve been active for 12+ months may keep their physical hardware on cancellation as a courtesy — see the Terms of Service for the full picture.
What’s included in each plan?
Every plan includes the branded landing page, mobile dashboard, and NFC stack. Starter ($29/mo) gives you the Google review button. Growth ($39/mo) unlocks unlimited buttons, deeper analytics, and 150 AI replies per month. Pro ($59/mo) adds 365-day analytics history, UTM tracking, CSV exports, 600 AI replies per month, and multi-location support — 1 location included, additional locations $29/mo each. Annual billing saves 2 months on every plan ($290 / $390 / $590 per year).
Can I use BrandTap with platforms other than Google?
Yes. You can configure buttons that point to your Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, or Apple Maps profile. The compliance design (branded landing page first, customer-initiated tap) applies to every review platform, not just Google.
How do I set up my account?
Click Get started, pick your plan, pay with Stripe. We’ll send a welcome email with a link to set your password. From there, log into your dashboard, add your business name, logo, and colours, then connect your Google review URL using the built-in Google Places search. Most owners are live in under 10 minutes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through the time you’ve already paid for. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
What is the Mini Site and do I still need a regular website?
The Mini Site (Growth and Pro plans) adds hours with live open/closed status, services and pricing, FAQs, location and contact details, policies, and a promo banner to your BrandTap landing page — all editable from your phone. For many small businesses it replaces the need for a separate website entirely. If you already have one, the Mini Site simply answers the quick questions before customers ever need to leave the page.
